We had lunch here so there are a lot of people. We were a party of ten people and were seated after 20 mins. I was just confused why people who were in smaller groups were seated before we did. There were only few staff around who avoided eye contact but some were attentive. My kids loved the food especially the ribs. I particularly liked the catfish.

We ordered the Epic Pack. Served after 20 minutes of waiting. Ribs are yummy and we especially love the grinchos. Service staff are fast and friendly. Only downside: the place is a bit dark and narrow. Literally the tables are 5 inches apart from each other. You could easily hear people gossips, secrets and bickering. Dined: 25 May 2025

Hands down, best mashed potato I ever had. The Grinchos were also very good, crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside, but the amount of the dip could be bigger. The Shrimp pasta has a unique sweet yet salty taste. Chicken and ribs are as good as any other place such as Kenny Rogers. Prices are fair, and the staff was very accommodating.

good food for its price! didn't feel like we waited for 20-25 mins because appetizers were served first before the main meal. only 5 mins wait time for tables too– which was great given that we went there on a weekend

It was our first time trying Mexican food, and we don't regret making Gringo's our first stop. As someone who appreciates strong flavors, they hit the mark. Also, the crew is friendly and attentive especially server Nathan .

Food is good. Good ribs with a cheaper price compared to other restaurants. Service of food took 30 minutes. But it was lunchtime. Staff is friendly. Not much extra space for baby strollers.
